FLEXIM-31 - Polybag inserter

Pattyn developed the first poly film bag inserter in 1976. This is to make a bag from polyethylene film roll. The poly bag inserter will insert bags precisely into the box, or other container safely. By making poly bags from a film roll with FLEXIM, cost reduction of poly bag material and labor cost can be achieved. Wide range of solutions are offered to meet different customer's demand such as a bag inserter with maximum convenience, a high-performance bag inserter processing various containers, a high-end bag maker insertor capable of handling special types or multiple film thicknesses.

C-ZIM-11 - Carton box making machine

C-ZIM-11 is a compact and multi-function box making machine that performs case assembly and bag creation and insertion functionalities with one unit.

Carton assembly is possible up to 730 mm in length as standard specification, and filling processed oils such as margarine, shortening etc. can also be possible. In addition, dedicated XL carton specifications are available for the porpose of vegetables and tobacco.

Fully automatic format change is offered as standard, providing simple operation. Tape creation is also supported.

AVL-22 24 - Injection filling machine

The semi-liquid weighing filler, the bulk solid linear filler, and the tobacco weigher filler provide an appropriate solution to fulfill customer's application and required filling capacity.

Automatic poly bag sealer

An innovative and easy to use bag sealer. Protect bulk product and automatically seal bag.

Options available include poly bag folding, roll closing, and bag heat sealer, which shows explicit traces of seal opening.

Automatic carton sealing machine

The carton case automatically folds the top case flap and seal the carton with tape. Integrating case closer software into the bag closer further enhances operator convenience.
