Ultra high speed leak detection system for plastic containers from 30ml to 6L.
Inspection capacity is up to 95,000 bottles per hour, and can be increased to 11,000 with the vacuum conveyor option. (The maximum number of inspections depends on the thickness, rigidity, shape and capacity of the container).
Capable of detecting pinholes as small as 0.17mm even at high speed operation. All inspections can be recorded on a PC, and the "Auto Tune" and "Self Test" functions allow for easy and optimal setup.
In addition, the modular conveyor design allows this inspection machine to be customized to flexibly fit your production line.
