STYL’ONE EVO (R&D Tablet Press Simulator)
A highly versatile tablet press simulator designed in accordance with USP <1062>. It significantly contributes to various stages of tablet production, including initial API and excipient characterization, formulation development based on design space, scale-up, and troubleshooting. It supports a wide range of tablet formats, from single-layer to 5-layer tablets, including core tablets, and can be adapted for mini tablets and irregular shapes by simply changing tools.
The upper and lower punch positions are controlled and recorded with 1µm precision, while the upper and lower punch forces are recorded with 0.01kN precision (or optionally 0.001kN). Additionally, various optional modules can be added, such as a dry granulation compression dynamics simulator, a heated die module, and an external lubrication module.
STYL’ONE NANO (R&D Tabletop Tablet Press Simulator)
A compact tabletop tablet press simulator that allows for quick material characterization with minimal setup and raw material. It supports USP <1062>-recommended pressure profiles (V-shape, pre-compaction/main compression, square), making it ideal for formulation development based on initial characterization and design space, as well as for scale-up studies to rotary tablet press levels for small-scale production.
